How to Choose the Right Photographer

One of the most fun decisions that you get to make as a high school or college senior is choosing a professional photographer for your senior photoshoot. Although this challenge may seem a little daunting, there are some things that you can to keep in mind so you know that you are making the right decision.

I know that each of my senior clients are unique, so I make sure to learn about their photoshoot wishes beforehand so that everything goes according to plan. Seniors, I love to capture pictures that bring out your style and personality. Nothing is more important to me than to make you feel confident and beautiful.

Editing Style

Editing a photograph in Lightroom or Photoshop can make or break an image. Finding a photographer who has mad editing skills (I have been doing this for over 20 years), and who’s artistic style you like is a big factor in getting images that you will love. 

Posing

Now, the fun part! I can teach you how to pose in no time so that you can feel comfortable in front of my camera… that is when the magic happens and we get the best pictures! I will guide you through everything that you will need to know about striking the best pose. Soon you will start to pose yourself and spread your wings to fly! Having fun yet?

Turn Around Time

We live in a fast-paced world. I know that after our photoshoot, you may need the pictures by a deadline so that you can use them in the high school yearbook, create graduation cards on time, or be able to share the moment with family and friends as soon as possible. I get it. I use a workflow that I have perfected over the years so that you will get your digital images back as soon as humanly possible. No lengthy wait time here.
